Old Mill Farm is available for $6,500.00 per weekend (Friday through Sunday). We are pleased to offer availability for the entire weekend to accommodate rehearsals and plenty of time to enjoy your guests on the day of the event. Clean-up typically occurs on Sunday.

The rental fee includes the following: 

  • The barn access on Friday (12noon-11pm), Saturday (7am-11pm), and Sunday (8am-12noon) for up to 299 guests.

  • 320-White Plastic Folding Chairs, 20-60" White Round Plastic Tables, 20-60" Round Wood Tables and 4-8' Rectangle Plastic Tables

  • Bar

    • Beer Taps with Keg Cooler that can accommodate 3 Full Kegs

    • Commercial Cooler (to store wine, beverage, floral, food etc.)

    • 3 large flat screens for slide shows etc.

    • Full use of Bar Top which seats 12 on Industrial Wood Stools

    • Full use of storage under bar for items

    • Large 3 bay sink

    • Small under-bar sink

  • Bridal Suite

    • Air conditioned suite for the bride and/or groom and bridal party to include a full kitchen and bath

    • Includes access to shower, washer and dryer

  • Restroom facilities (3 individual unisex restrooms)

  • Fire Circle and Grape Vines

    • 6 Adirondack Chairs

    • Games (Horseshoes and Corn Hole/Bean Bag Toss)

    • Café Lighting

  • Ample Parking in Field

    • This includes reserved spots for handicapped/disabled

  • 2 Old Mill Farm Sandwich Boards used for directional signs

  • Use of entire 34 acres (except 50 yards within private residence) for photos. 

  • Waste Receptacles and Bags (Old Mill Farm provides garbage disposal service)
